Five Lip Films is a boutique, award winning production company located in Los Angeles and Sydney. Founded by an experienced team of passionate creators including Australian Academy Award and Director’s Guild nominated writer/director/creative director David O’Donnell (Under My Skin), acclaimed filmmaker and actor Alex Russell (SWAT), and veteran producers Lydia Kubiniec (The Ellen DeGeneres Show) and Sarah-Jane McAllan (The Animal Condition).

Five Lip Films latest film Under My Skin starring Liv Hewson (Yellowjackets), Alex Russell (SWAT), Bobbi Salvör Menuez (Euphoria), Alexis Denisof (Buffy) was nominated for an Australian Academy Award and Director’s Guild Award and is now available on Apple, Amazon, and across streaming services.

It was created in house, from conception, to development and pre-production, through shooting (completed in just 15 days), to completion and delivery amid a global pandemic. It serves as an example of what this team can achieve despite any and all obstacles.

Clients have included McDonalds, Canon, Kleenex and Qantas.
